Daftmill 2011 Summer Batch Lowland single malt whisky was released at the end of 2023 from a small batch of 27 first fill ex-bourbon casks bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration. Daftmill 2011 Summer Batch Release is a limited edition of 6550 bottles.
This 'au naturel' style Daftmill is hugely popular, and of course any new Daftmill is always massively over-subscribed. As is now customary, this Daftmill 2011 Summer Batch will only be available to members of our VIP Club for the first weekend.
Please note that this product is available exclusively to our VIP Club Members until 5pm GMT on Monday 4th March 2024, when any remaining bottles will go on general sale.

This is a heavily sherried dram that tastes of dates and raisins with a touch of honey and vanilla. It’s pretty soft and smooth without water but a few drops seem to thicken it up slightly and add hints of caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
