A 12-year-old single cask of Dailuaine 2010 bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by James Eadie for their Single Cask series.
This James Eadie 2010 Dailuaine 12-year-old has a beautiful deep golden colour from spending the last 11 months of its maturation in a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead cask, which yielded 325 bottles at a tantalisingly robust 55.5% natural cask strength.
