Bomberger's Declaration is very special cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon released annually in small batches by Michter's, paying tribute to their former distillery in Pennsylvania which was once known as Bomberger.
This 2023 edition of Michter's Bomberger's Declaration is a small batch of 2965 bottles at a very hearty 108 US proof, equivalent to 54%. An intense, brooding, flavour-packed bourbon enhanced by the use of malted rye in the mashbill, Bomberger's Declaration contains a proportion of bourbon aged in special Chinquapin oak casks.
