A bottle of The Chita Distillers Reserve Single Grain, a Japanese single grain whisky from Suntory's famed Chita distillery, which supplies the vast majority of the grain whisky for Hibiki and Suntory's other blended Japanese whiskies.
Matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks, Chita Distillers Reserve is a relatively recent addition to Suntory's core range of Japanese whiskies, and is bottled at an easy-drinking 43%. A delightfully gentle, sweet-tinged grain whisky that goes down a treat.
