It's always a happy day when a new Daftmill release lands on our virtual shelves. This is a small batch Daftmill 2011 Winter Batch Release 12-year-old Lowland single malt whisky bottled without chill filtration and released at the tail end of 2024.
This Daftmill 2011 Winter Batch 12-year-old was made with Publican barley which was harvested in summer 2009, malted in 2010 and distilled in December 2011. The batch is an edition of 7500 bottles from an assemblage of 27 first fill bourbon barrels, and has been bottled at Daftmill's traditional hearty drinking strength of 46%.
