This 30-year-old Tomatin 1993 came from single cask 6812, a first fill sherry puncheon that turned out a generous 502 bottles at a highly impressive natural cask strength of 58.4%. Tomatin is a superb Highland malt that ages extremely well in sherry wood - this looks like a nailed on winner.
